What is Curate. Glasgow?
Curate. Glasgow is a discovery platform designed to bring together the best of Glasgow’s creative and independent talents.
Curate. was founded in 2020 by Southside resident, Kate Maxwell. She sought to create a dynamic online space for people to browse and discover Glasgow-based independent businesses.
What exists now is a curated space of hand-selected artists, makers and shops from Glasgow and the surrounding area. Hand-picked by Kate, she discovers brands through social media, markets and personal recommendations.
From fine jewellery to coffee shops, hand-poured candles to print studios, Curate provides an online space for creatives to be discovered and supported by their local community and beyond.

We have created a ‘one stop shop’ to discover, support and share your new favourite brands and businesses.
For businesses, Curate. Glasgow is an accessible directory for all sizes of business, we have created an online space where all businesses are equal and membership for creatives is always free.
This means whether you work full time on your work or it’s a side hustle you do on the weekends, you won’t be prohibited by cost to be part of the platform.
On Curate. your work will be shared in the same way regardless of size or popularity.
