Good things,
found.
Curate. Glasgow is a city guide helping people discover independent businesses, makers, shops, food, services and creative places across the city.
Curate. is built around one simple idea: Glasgow is full of good things worth finding. We bring them together so more people can discover, support and celebrate them.
We’re here for the people who want to shop small, explore locally, find something thoughtful, support creative businesses and share the brilliant places that give Glasgow its character.
From makers and shops to food, services and creative spaces, Curate brings Glasgow’s good things together in one place. Explore by category, area or occasion and find a new local favourite.
Not just another directory.
Shops, makers, food and creative places — carefully curated from across Glasgow’s independent scene. What are you looking for today?
About the Curator.

Curate. Glasgow was founded by Southside resident Kate Maxwell in 2020.
Kate created Curate. after recognising how difficult it could be to discover Glasgow’s independent businesses in one place. Brilliant makers, shops and creative businesses were often scattered across social media, markets and personal recommendations, making it easy for smaller or newer names to be overlooked.
Curate. began as Kate’s way of learning more about her new city whilst bringing her discoveries together and sharing them with a wider audience. Curate. Glasgow has been featured in The Glasgowist’s Best of Glasgow City Guide & Cookbook, the Independent Thinking podcast and The Sunday Times.
