Brewed in Glasgow in custom oak barrels, Clever Kombucha use organic hand rolled whole leaf Assam tea produced by a co-operative of 6 small scale tea growers in India. They harvest the finest Assam tea and in turn are paid fairly helping to bring sustainability to their rural community. Clever Kombucha can be bought online or, visit the kombucha taproom and grab a refillable growler to take home. Open Saturdays 11am-4pm.
